L'abonnement se résilie gratuitement, à tout moment, auprès de la plateforme qui le facture. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période déjà payée : vous gardez Premium jusque-là, et rien n'est plus prélevé. Nous vous confirmons la résiliation par e-mail, avec la date de fin.
Paramètres → Compte → Abonnement, puis le bouton « Résilier mon abonnement » : il ouvre directement l'écran de résiliation de Google Play ou de l'App Store.
⚠️ Supprimer votre compte Lybou ou désinstaller l'application ne résilie pas l'abonnement : il est rattaché à votre compte Google ou Apple.
Écrivez à support@lybou.com : nous vous guidons pas à pas (CGV §3.3 : nous ne résilions pas à votre place). Si vous avez souscrit il y a moins de quatorze jours, vous pouvez aussi vous rétracter, avec remboursement intégral.

The subscription can be cancelled free of charge, at any time, with the platform that bills it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Premium until then, and nothing more is charged. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail, with the end date.
Settings → Account → Subscription, then the "Cancel my subscription" button: it opens the cancellation screen of Google Play or the App Store directly.
⚠️ Deleting your Lybou account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription: it is tied to your Google or Apple account.
Write to support@lybou.com: we will guide you step by step (Terms of Sale §3.3: we do not cancel on your behalf). If you subscribed less than fourteen days ago, you can also withdraw, with a full refund.
